Bringing baby home from hospital outfit ideas
One of the most exciting parts about bringing your baby home from hospital is the cute outfit! Many families think long and hard about outfit ideas for bringing their babies home. The outfit I chose to bring my baby home in, was the FIRST outfit I purchased for her, that was NOT a gift. For a new mom, this can be so exciting! Here’s a list of adorable outfits you can bring your baby home in.

Bringing Baby Home From Hospital Outfit Ideas List
This is my personal favorite! LOVE the hand covers at the end of the arms – so much easier than using mitts. I also love that it’s an open “dress” for easy diaper changes
Same idea, except for cute little boys as well!
I love the idea of a knotted bottom. First of all, it’s adorable! Second of all, it keeps those little baby toes warm, without the need for socks. Win, win!
A personalized outfit has the perfect touch for your new addition. Say their name loud and proud – sooner than later, you’ll be yelling it. 😉
While this isn’t IDEAL for getting in the car seat, this is the PERFECT “outfit” alternative for pictures at the hospital, before (or after) you bring your baby home.
Coordinating outfits with multiple pieces are so adorable! Having several layers will keep your newborn nice, warm and cozy, and ready to head to their new home.
I had to add a cute, layered outfit for sweet little boys, too. I love this “ladies, I have arrived” onesie!
Button down shirts are what they TYPICALLY give you at the hospital after your baby is born. These aren’t my absolute favorite, because they ride up while your baby is swaddled. But they ARE some people’s favorite necessity, so it’s worth mentioning of course.
A little boy button down shirt option here as well. Same opinion, except I do want to mention (for the second time) that I LOVE the hand covers that fold over. Also, the hats in this set look nice and cozy for newborns.
Sibling shirts! You can’t go wrong with matching shirts for all the siblings. This outfit is an example, but you may need to go searching for your “situation”, such as big sister, littler sister, big brother, little brother, etc.
Hope this list helps you with bringing your baby home from hospital outfit ideas.
